Welcome to CT Express. We are a logistics and parcel tracking service operating in Cambodia, providing shipment tracking between China and Cambodia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.

• Phone Number - used for account registration, login, and OTP verification
• Full Name - used to identify your account and shipments
• Address - optional, used for delivery purposes
• Shipment Information - tracking numbers, parcel descriptions, shipping status
• Customer Code - unique identifier (e.g. CT-00001)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your CT Express account
• Send OTP verification codes via SMS
• Display your shipment tracking status
• Link shipments to your account
• Send important notifications about your parcels
• Provide customer support

4. OTP and SMS Verification

We use Twilio to send SMS OTP codes for account verification and login. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for delivering SMS messages. OTP codes expire after 10 minutes and are never stored permanently.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers in Singapore. We use encrypted passwords, JWT authentication, and HTTPS connections. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

6. Data Sharing

• Twilio - for SMS delivery only
• DigitalOcean - for secure cloud hosting
• Law enforcement - only when required by law

7. Your Rights

• Access your personal data stored in our system
• Update your information through the app Profile section
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us

CT Express is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
